Cookie Dough Dip


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


  • Using an electric mixer cream together butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and beat until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
  • Gently mix in powdered sugar until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Serve immediately with strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or just eat it with a spoon!



**This can be refrigerated but it will get a little harder and less creamy. If you let it sit out to warm up for 10-15 minutes it should return to its original consistency.
